Had attended my 2nd IPPT this morning. I made it. I made it!! finishing the 2.4km run at 11:23min. With the hard training I given to myself, I achieved good result. Shall do my regular training before the next IPPT comes.

Its a brand new year!! Hopefully I will do well in my carreer, buy 4D will strike, play mahjong win, buy toto win 1st prize and most importantly taking care of my health.

Its has been a great 2006. Got into a job that I am always interested in. Meeting great friends and with their care and concern, I feel warmth and love. Knowing someone who is understanding and always at my side, supporting and taking care of me. thanks a million to my darling Ms Leong.. muack
